• Customer Service Representative Rogers, AR Store Location
  • Assist customer with scheduling service, delivery, pickups
  • Make sure merchandise in showroom is clean and rent ready (pre-delivery and post return to stock)
  • Help with product deliveries and pick-up when needed
  • Prepare merchandise for transit to Service Department
  • Take customer payments, verify customer files, and complete other sales-oriented paperwork daily

  • Make sure that vehicles are clean inside and out
  • Pickup / Re-delivery log is completed daily

  • Other duties to make sure that employees are being trained, and follow up on training
