It does it™™s job. The buttons on the freezer for ice or water are like cheap push buttons. Had to get used to a side by side so this was a good introduction. Keeps veggies fresh in the drawers and the freezer works great.

Hard to place items in because of how narrow it is and even harder to find anything. One of the drawers is already impossible to place. I tried to add one more door shelf but it cost over 76 dollars, more than small fridge. Really regret buying it. The ice machine is still not connected, which I believe was part of the deal. I do hate it every time I open the door.

I™™ve had this for about a month and no issues so far. I wasn™™t crazy about the idea of a side by side design as I wasn™™t used to it. The fridge space seems cramped. But the ice and water dispenser is a nice feature. This was my only option in a pandemic. It fits in the kitchen and keeps food very cold. The LED lights are nice. I wish it was energy star certified.

We love the fridge, BUT the freezer light works sporadically and it builds up ice crystals EVERYWHERE....someone is coming to look at it this week. We have only had it for about a month. I REALLY hope it is something simple as we really like this fridge a lot

It this was not builder supplied in my newly built home I would never have bought this product. Not that it's doesn't function as expected but like all side-by-sides the shelves are small and the space is cramped making it difficult to fit things inside. the freezer is worse than the fridge. I would not recommend buying a side-by-side of any brand.

Works well however, the space inside is smaller than our last refrigerator and they both measured the same size. Delivery was rocky and there is a chip in the freezer door handle even with plastic wrap protection. Also, the refrigerator door makes a slight knocking noise when opening and closing.

I got my new frigidaire fridge when I bought my new house. Best thing I did sell my old one and get this one. It crushes ice really good. The filters are so convenient to get to to change. The drawers are just perfect for what I buy for me and my family. Plus the first time I put meats in the freezer I was shocked how quickly it froze them.

The refrigerator and freezer keeps food at the proper temperatures. Easy to adjust. Good lighting. Through-the-door ice and water dispensers well. Very convenient. After years of having stainless steel appliances, we decided to order the Black, and it™™s very attractive. Looks very high-end. My only criticism of this 22.1 cuft. side-by-side is that there aren™™t enough refrigerator shelves, door bins or wire shelves for the freezer, resulting in a lot of wasted space. Frigidaire should really address this. I™™d like to order an additional door bin, glass refrigerator shelf and wire freezer shelf, but Frigidaire doesn™™t make this easy. On their parts website, you have to double check the dimensions of everything to make sure you™™re actually ordering the correct shelf or bin. And get ready for sticker shock - the total price for a wire shelf, a glass shelf, and a plastic door bin is between $200-$300 dollars. But without these extras, there™™s no way to maximize the interior space.

My twelve year old "other brand" refrigerator finally died, making a new refrigerator _today_ a priority. This 22.1 cu. ft. side-by-side refrigerator was delivered the same day. It cooled down quickly. It is very quiet. The in-door water dispenser and ice delivery are excellent. Crushed ice flows out at the touch of a button. Refrigerator and freezer hold temperatures of 40 and minus 8 degrees F., respectively, regardless of frequent door opening. All in all, I am quite pleased with the performance. The only negative factor is the side-by-side doors to not align with each other. I will soon make the necessary adjustments.
